Ignatian Spiritual Exercises Group

The Ignatian Spiritual Exercises, also known as the 19th Annotation retreat in daily life, is a 9 months intensive for those who want a serious spiritual formation experience. The Exercises focus on the life of Jesus, discernment, inner freedom, prayer, and more. (Click here to learn more about the history and format of the Spiritual Exercises).

Group meets weekly for 60 minutes from September-May. 

Spiritual Director: Karen R. Keen, Th.M. Karen is an experienced spiritual director trained in the Ignatian Spiritual Exercises under renowned teacher Howard Gray, SJ, and Michael Dante, director of the Faber Center for Ignatian Spirituality at Marquette University.
